We had Marjaana Marmo as our lecturer on Monday. Lecture's topic this time was developing Digital Business - Law Issues.

I am going to list the most important things that I learned from her lecture here:
- A natural person under 18 years of age or a natural person put under guardianship have a limited capability to enter into a legal contract.
- At the age of 15, may enter into an employment agreement
- A legal act can be null and void, if it is not done in a specified form required or it is done by a minor or ward.
- The sale of movable property
- Seller has to deliver the goods in time, in right quality and right amount
- Buyer has to for example examine the goods, pay the purchase price and receive the goods as agreed
I have been really interested in law issues but the lecture was so long that it was hard to concentrate at some times. Mrs Marmo's topic was really important for us because it's good to know something about law when you for example to marketing campaigns.
She gave tasks to the groups. The task this week was to anwer to a handout's questions concerning legal issues.
Our group met on Tuesday and Wednesday and we answered to the questions as well as we could. There were really many questions so it took a lot of time. But we sure learned important things from it.
I am so glad that I have friends in my group because we work together really well. And we also have a lot of fun in our meetings. It truly is nice to come to the meetings in school. Even though sometimes our group's students are the last students at school.

On Thurday we had another long day with law. For hours Marjaana Marmo asked our classmates what where the answers to the questions. One group also presented a presentation where they had searched answers to some questions. The day was quite exhausting because there were so much information and it took so long. But on the positive side I think we learned more things again!
I wish I had more to write about Thursday but we didn't have any lectures that day.
